2. Package Condition
- The package must not have any tapes, cuts, or signs of tampering before opening.
- If the package appears tampered with, please record it clearly in the video before opening.
3. No Video = No Claim
Without a proper unboxing video, no complaints, returns, or replacements will be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Return / Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only possible if the product is received damaged, and the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
5. How to Report a Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your unboxing video.
