Shipping & Payments
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. In rare cases, delays may occur due to operational issues or high demand. If any delay happens, customers will be notified on our Instagram page and website simultaneously.
Delivery usually takes 5–6 business days, and 6–7 days depending on your location.
The standard shipping fee is ₹100.
We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. Customers choosing prepaid payment methods automatically receive a discount at checkout, which offsets the shipping fee.
Returns, Replacements & Customer Support
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives damaged. To process any claim, customers must provide a 360° unboxing video with no cuts, edits, or AI modifications, clearly showing the entire package opening.
Our jewelry products are packed in 10 × 10 × 4 cm corrugated boxes, and each package contains your product and our company/business card. We do not use tapes in our packaging, therefore there must be no tapes on the package. Customers are advised not to accept the delivery if the outer packaging is damaged or if any tape is found on the package.
If a customer attempts to scam the company by returning fake or different products, legal action may be taken against the individual.
